What is the call of God

  • The call of God is personal and divine summons to fulfill a particular purpose or mission in life.
  • It is a transformative experience that can lead to a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • It may be experienced as a strong inner conviction, a series of guiding events, or a profound spiritual encounter.

Today we explore five questions about the call of God.

We are also called to pursue justice, mercy, and humility.

  • To serve  (John 13:1-17).

We do that through  participation in church ministries and community outreach.

God speaks to us in times of prayer and meditation.

  • Through Circumstances and People

God uses our life circumstances and others to call us.

  • Through the Holy Spirit:

  – The Holy Spirit guides and directs our paths.

  1. When does He Call.

(2 Timothy 4:2)

  •  In His Time

God’s timing is perfect, even if it doesn’t align with our plans.

Trust in God’s timing and sovereignty.

  •  In our everyday lives.

God can call us at any moment, in the simple or the extraordinary events

  • In times of change

God often calls us during times of change and transition, pushing us to new growth.
